For sale is a pre-WW1 German made bayonet for $60.00. The front tang reads, "MODELO ARGENTINO 1909 over a crest, over the number L6868. The back tang reads, "WYERSBERG over KIRSCHBAUM & CO" over "SOLINGEN." The bayonet is just short of 20 1/2 inches long with a blade length of 15 1/2 inches. There are no chips or cracks in the handles which are wood with rivets. The handguard is steel and the spring-loaded button on the pummel still functions as it should. Overall, this bayonet is in good condition and will function as it was intended. The total price of this bayonet including shipping is $68.00 - add 1.50 for insurance.
